Cancellation Policy

At Bhagyasri Store, we understand that plans can change. We aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process while ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of our products. 

This policy explains how cancellations work for regular orders, subscriptions, and pre-orders. 

Regular Orders 

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. 

Once an order has been: 

  • processed, 

  • packed, or 

  • shipped, 

it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

 Perishable & Same-Day Items 

Due to their time-sensitive and perishable nature, the following items cannot be cancelled once confirmed: 

  • Fresh flowers 

  • Organic puja items 

  • Same-day or festival-specific deliveries 

These products are prepared specially for your order and are final sale. 

Pre-Orders 

Some products may be offered as pre-orders for items that are out of stock or arriving soon. 

When placing a pre-order: 

  • You may be charged a full or partial payment at checkout 

  • Your payment method may be stored securely for future charges 

Pre-orders may be cancelled any time before the item is shipped. 

Once the order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Returns may be requested according to our Refund & Return Policy. 

Pre-Order Fulfilment Notice 

Pre-order fulfilment dates are estimates only and may be subject to minor delays due to artisanal production timelines, supplier availability, or international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver authentic, high-quality products. 

Subscriptions (if applicable) 

If you purchase a subscription product: 

  • You will receive recurring deliveries based on your selected schedule 

  • Payments will be automatically charged for each cycle 

You may: 

  • pause 

  • modify, or 

  • cancel 

your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account or order confirmation email. 

Cancellations made after billing will apply to the next cycle.

 Refunds for Cancelled Orders 

If your cancellation is approved: 

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method 

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank 

  • Any transaction or processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted
