We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible non-perishable products. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
All tags and original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Kindly include:

Product name(s)
Reason for return
Clear photos (if applicable)
Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once approved, return instructions and the shipping address will be shared with you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by submitting a request via email or through the Contact Us form.

Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Handcrafted Product Notice
Many of our products are handmade or artisanal in nature. Slight variations in wood grain, colour, texture, or hand-painted details are natural characteristics of craftsmanship and uniqueness. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and product nature, the following items are not eligible for return:
Fresh flowers, or other perishable goods
Custom, personalized, or pre-order items
Sale or clearance products
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The easiest option is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing time: up to 10 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
