At Bhagyasri Store we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably across Canada. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your purchases. 

Order Processing Time 

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be slightly longer during: 

  • Festivals and peak seasons (Diwali, Navratri, etc.) 

  • High order volumes 

  • Special promotions or sales 

Packaging & Care 

Our heritage and handcrafted items are packed with extra care using protective materials to ensure they withstand the journey and arrive safely at your doorstep. We take special precautions when packaging fragile décor, idols, and artisanal products to minimize the risk of damage during transit. 

 Shipping Methods 

We offer reliable shipping options across Canada, including: 

  • Standard Shipping 

  • Expedited Shipping (where available) 

Available methods and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout based on your location and selected service. 

Delivery Timeframes 

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method: 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days 

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–4 business days 

Please note that these are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates. 

Delays may occur due to: 

  • Weather conditions 

  • Carrier delays 

  • High seasonal demand 

  • Remote locations 

  • Customs or international supplier delays 

Bhagyasri Store is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. 

 Pre-Orders 

Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available. 

Please note Pre-order fulfilment dates are estimates only and may be subject to minor delays due to artisanal production timelines, supplier availability, or international shipping. 

You will receive tracking details once the item ships. 

 Perishable & Time-Sensitive Items 

Products such as: 

  • Fresh flowers 

  • Organic puja items 

  • Festival-specific items 

are time-sensitive and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on availability and location. 

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or rescheduled once shipped. 

 Multiple Shipments 

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster or safer delivery. If so, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

Shipping Restrictions 

Currently, we ship within Canada only. 

Please note: 

  • We do not ship internationally at this time 

  • We may not deliver to P.O. Boxes for fragile or large items 

  • A complete physical address is recommended 

 Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on: 

  • Package weight 

  • Size 

  • Destination 

  • Selected shipping method 

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment. 

 Damaged or Lost Packages 

If your order arrives damaged or missing: 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 

  • Provide your order number and photos of the package and item 

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and assist you promptly. 

Order Changes & Cancellations 

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
